At the same time, the test results are connected to the four modernizations production command system through on-site RTU, providing data support for the formulation and adjustment of production systems.
Functional features:
1. The equipment has the characteristics of small footprint, convenient operation, high measurement accuracy, online real-time performance, and unmanned prying. 2. The gating device adopts a self compensating seal that closely adheres to the inner wall of the valve body, and is equipped with manual adjustment components for easy installation and maintenance, achieving zero leakage.
3. The selection device adopts a combination of photoelectric switches and Hall proximity switches to achieve almost zero error in well positioning. 4. The sealing surface of the selection device is made of STL hard alloy by overlay welding. After treatment, the sealing surface has characteristics such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and less prone to scaling. 5. The pressure loss is small, and the maximum pressure loss of the entire system is less than 0.025MPa.

The measuring tank adopts tangential vortex separation technology to separate the gas-liquid phase of crude oil. 7. The measuring device is designed with an emergency bypass circuit. When the pressure of the separation metering device malfunctions and increases or loses power, the bypass circuit can automatically open, achieving overpressure relief, preventing pipeline pressure buildup, and avoiding accidents.

Use mature single-phase measuring instruments to calculate physical parameters such as multiphase fluid mixing density, and accurately correct multiphase fluid physical parameters through online temperature compensation, pressure compensation, and other methods, thereby further improving production measurement accuracy.
10. The device can be equipped with a water content analyzer to achieve real-time online analysis, avoiding the impact of different water content and gas oil ratios on production measurement. It is suitable for measuring oil well production under different water content and gas oil ratios, and can timely reflect the trend of production changes.
11. The metering lever control box is equipped with a metering control system and related communication equipment, which has remote and local operation and monitoring functions. production reports.
