Overview:
The multifunctional metering device for well groups is a product specially designed and developed by our company for the complex layout of oilfield gathering and transportation pipelines. It is an improvement on the traditional oil and gas gathering and transportation process. This device adopts a combination of gating device and single well metering device, using only one set of metering device, but can summarize and select wells for metering the incoming liquid from multiple oil wells. Reduced production losses and reduced production costs. The metering part applies the principle of combining cyclone separation and gravity separation, using mature single-phase metering instruments for metering, thereby greatly improving the separation effect, measurement accuracy, and ensuring the reliability and stability of the device. The well group multifunctional measuring device is a device that is installed at the wellhead of an oil well for a long time, and is automatically tested according to production needs. At the same time, the test results are connected to the four modernizations production command system through on-site RTU, providing data support for the formulation and adjustment of production systems.

Functional features:
1. The equipment has the characteristics of small footprint, convenient operation, high measurement accuracy, online real-time performance, and unmanned prying. 2. 10. The device can be equipped with a water content analyzer to achieve real-time online analysis, avoiding the impact of different water content and gas oil ratios on production measurement.
