Overview:
The online water content analyzer for crude oil is a multifunctional, high-precision, stable, and real-time online instrument for detecting the water content, temperature, and pressure of crude oil. By optimizing the structure and circuit design, we can avoid the influence of mineralization, minimize the influence of gas, improve the accuracy of online measurement of water content, achieve accurate online detection of water content, temperature, and pressure of crude oil at the wellhead, reduce crude oil production costs, reduce employee labor intensity, improve oilfield production management efficiency, and enhance the level of digital management in the oilfield.
The online water content analyzer for crude oil integrates testing of crude oil water content, pressure, and temperature. The main working principle is the array capacitance detection method, which innovatively designs a capacitance array sensor and places it in an oil-water mixture. By analyzing and measuring its capacitance change characteristics, the flow pattern and flow state of crude oil pipelines are reconstructed to achieve online detection of water content. It can be applied in various scenarios such as single well liquid production, combined liquid production, station external transportation, unloading from oil unloading platforms, three-phase separators, and metering devices.
Technical Features:
1. Not affected by mineralization: The capacitance method for water content detection is currently the only detection method that is not affected by mineralization. The detection environment does not form an alternating electromagnetic field, and the concentration of salt ions does not affect water content detection.
2. Not affected by wax deposition: The internal structure of the instrument is treated with an oil repellent and hydrophobic coating, and the capacitive array sensor is internally heated, which can control the surface temperature of the sensor to around 70 degrees Celsius, effectively preventing inaccurate water content measurement caused by wax deposition.
3. Less affected by gas: With a unique capacitive array sensor setting, multiple sets of electrodes (multiple probes) can be arranged inside the pipeline, effectively identifying the flow pattern and state of the pipeline, and accurately calculating the water content of crude oil.
