Overview:
Crude oil non-destructive dewatering instrument is a new product developed by our company for the dewatering treatment of crude oil oil analysis. It has been widely promoted and applied in the oil production plant, oil production measuring station, oil production technology institute, petrochemical geological laboratory and other departments. The instrument adopts a new design and has the advantages of complete dewatering and no loss of light components. With automatic control, one-click operation and unattended operation can be achieved. The application of this instrument has changed the phenomena of long dewatering time, easy loss of light components, easy flushing, excessive dewatering residue and difficult dewatering of waxy oil in the past.
Technical Features:
1. One-click operation, automatic operation, sound prompt after the completion of the process, can be unattended. 2. The heating kettle uses superconducting materials for three-dimensional heating, heating fully, and the water can be fully evaporated.
3. The heating kettle is made of stainless steel, and the top is lined with PTFE liner, which is hot and non-wet, so that there is no condensation water in the heating kettle.
4. The cooling system uses high-power refrigerator, with refrigerant and antifreeze, the cooling temperature is low and the cooling speed is fast.
5. The condensing tube is immersed in the refrigerant as a whole, the condensing area is large, the cooling effect is good, and the fractions are all precipitated and the light components are not lost.

Working principle
The water-containing crude oil is heated in the heating cap, so that the light components and water in the crude oil become steam. When the mixed gas rises to the condensing tube above the heating gold through the oil-water separator, it is cooled into a liquid and flows into the oil-water separation.
The reflux liquid is separated in the oil-water separator, because the density of water is greater than the density of the light component, the water droplets do not settle in the separator, and the light component is suspended above the water surface. The oil-water separator has a specially designed structure. With the accumulation of water and light components, the light components do not return to the heating tank, while the water is discharged from the other side of the outlet, which separates the water from the crude oil.
