Product Introduction
This set of suspended solid determination instrument is a high-tech product jointly developed by our company and the China University of Petroleum based on the GBTT11901-1989 national standard, along with long-term scientific research and repeated testing and modification. The product achieves advanced domestic level in terms of stability, operation, and scientificity in design.

 

Features

 

1. The exterior structure of this product is designed for user-friendly operation and observation, boasting aesthetics, ease of operation, and the ability to easily achieve the best viewing angle.
2. The liquid collection cylinder of this device is connected with eight sets of filter cup brackets, enabling eight groups of sampling tests to be conducted simultaneously, thus improving testing efficiency.
3. This instrument integrates a vacuum diaphragm pump imported from Germany, featuring high vacuum, small volume, and low noise.
4. The imported vacuum switch allows for the display of the vacuum inside the liquid collection cylinder, and the upper and lower limits of the vacuum can be set, controlling the start and stop of the vacuum pump.
5. A liquid level float switch is installed inside the liquid collection cylinder to control the level of the filtered test liquid. The liquid level float switch used by this device is easy to dismantle, facilitating regular cleaning and maintenance by the operator.
6. This device comes with a high-liquid-level alarm function. When the wave exceeds the highest liquid level and no manual drainage is performed, the alarm rings and the vacuum pump stops working.
7. Suspended solids are filtered using a micropore membrane with a pore size of 0.45um.
