Continuous Liquid Level Tester (gas well) Installed at The Casing Mouth of The Gas Well
Overview:
The continuous liquid level tester is an intelligent testing equipment that is installed at the casing mouth of a gas well for a long time and automatically tests according to production needs. At the same time, the test results are connected to the four modernizations production command system through on-site RTU, providing data support for the formulation and adjustment of production systems.
The continuous liquid level tester uses the principle of infrasonic echo logging to conduct liquid level depth testing. By releasing a small amount of gas in the annular space, the gas in the annular space at the wellhead is instantly subjected to an expansion shock wave. The infrasonic component in the shock wave propagates down the wellbore along the annular space. When encountering the reflection sound wave pulse generated by the coupling and gas-liquid interface, it is converted into an electrical signal on the micro sound transducer. After digital processing such as signal amplification, filtering, A/D conversion, etc. through electronic circuits, a recognizable liquid level curve is presented, and the liquid level depth is automatically calculated
Technical Features:
Suitable for gas wells with a casing pressure of 0.3MPa~25MPa, high pressure resistance and wide application range: special sound device, no noise or high-pressure impact during testing, with little impact on the surrounding environment; Multiple filtering and protection measures are taken for self-organizing systems and supporting four modernizations systems, which are more stable; Meet the needs of different types of wellhead usage
