Metal Alloy Catalysts  release type for descaling technology in Industrial Applications
Overview:
The catalyst alloy material is made by high-temperature combination of seven metal elements with different electronegativity. By strictly controlling the composition ratio of various elements and adopting special hot processing techniques, a regularly arranged columnar crystal structure has been formed inside the material. Thus, the catalyst material exhibits a unique function of releasing free electrons into the fluid medium and generating polarization effects in the fluid medium. When the fluid medium flows through the catalyst material, the catalyst material can release free electrons into the fluid and cause polarization of the fluid, making it difficult for anions and cations in the fluid to combine to form scale. At the same time, it can gradually dissolve and detach the hardened scale blocks, achieving the functions of scale prevention and removal.
 
Applicable scope:
Suitable for areas where pipeline scaling is caused by flowing media such as petrochemicals and power systems.
1. Circulating water system and desalination water system: (1) Plate heat exchanger anti scaling;
(2) Reverse osmosis system and boiler anti scaling; Anti scaling of condensers and oil coolers; 3) Anti scaling of circulating water pipelines; Ground source heat pump and air can prevent scaling.
2. Oilfield gathering and transportation system:
(1) Anti scaling of heating furnace pipelines;
(2) Anti scaling of water treatment system, water injection, and steam injection system pipelines;
(3) Anti scaling of single well oil gathering pipelines;
(4) Anti scaling measures for oil and gas wells, pumps, and oil pipes.
